Foster Application
Fosters play a crucial role in our rescue. The answers you give on this application will help us find the best possible match between you and the dogs in need of foster through A FREEDOM JOURNEY. Please fill out the form completely. Fosters are not expected to financially provide medical care to their foster dogs, however we may ask that you get them to their vet visits if possible. Rescue provides such care and reimburses fosters for any approved expenses. We ask that fosters care for the dogs as if the dog were their own and help us determine which family is best for their foster dog.
